基于价值保护下的徽州传统民居的再利用——以半山闲客民宿改造为例

摘　　要：徽州传统民居是我国文化遗产的重要组成部分,但由于房屋年久修、村民对建筑保护意识较差、保护制度不完善等原因,传统民居生存环境恶劣。文章通过对半山闲客民宿改造项目的解读对徽州传统民居再利用进行探讨,认为在改造过程中需通过平衡传统民居的"去"与"留"、保留建筑历史遗迹与文化载体、适度使用现代材料、营造空间徽式情趣等方法,在最大程度保留传统民居价值的前提下,对民居进行功能置换,从而重焕建筑活力。Traditional houses in Huizhou are an important part of cultural heritage in our country.However,due to years of house repairs,poor villagers’awareness of building protection,and imperfect protection systems,the living environment of traditional houses is terrible.The paper explores the reuse of Huizhou’s traditional residential houses through the interpretation of the project of the Banshan Xianke homestay transformation.It is believed that in the process of transformation,it is necessary to balance the"go"and"stay"of traditional houses,preserve the historical relics of buildings and cultural carriers,and use modern materials appropriately and create an emblematic atmosphere in space.On the premise of preserving the value of traditional houses to the greatest extent,the functional replacement of the houses can rejuvenate the architectural vitality.
