摘 要:随着我国素质教育发展,教育界对中小学建筑提出了更高层次的要求。本项目基于我国中小学建筑实地调研与国外中小学循证设计案例分析,研究中小学教学模式的变化以及师生对建筑空间环境要求。文章选取国内典型中小学建筑进行使用后评估,从空间的多功能性、多层次性、灵活性、引导性以及物理环境的可控制性出发,通过前期策划和设计把控,达到辅助教学与引导自发性学习的目的,最终总结出一套基于建筑使用后评估的中小学建筑空间与环境特色构建的原则与手法。In order to solve the problem of the development of quality education in our country,the educational community has put forward higher-level requirements for primary and secondary school buildings.Based on the on-the-spot investigation of primary and secondary school buildings in China and the case analysis of evidence-based design in foreign primary and secondary schools,this project studies the changes of teaching mode in these schools and the requirements of teachers and students for the space environment of buildings.Then,it selects typical primary and secondary school buildings in China for POE,starts from the multi-function,multi-level,flexibility,guidance of space and the controllability of physical environment,controls through the preliminary planning and design to achieve the purpose of auxiliary teaching and guiding spontaneous learning.Finally,it summarizes a set of principles and methods of building space and environmental characteristics construction in primary and secondary schools based on POE.
