摘  要:矩盒形铝合金电池壳一般采用4道拉深+1道变薄拉深的工艺成形,工序多且模具调试困难,现采用单次挤压工艺对不同的凸模偏心量的成形过程进行数值模拟,分析不同偏心状态下得到的成形件形状和尺寸及成形过程中的应力场、速度场、应变场,以期达到提高效率、缩短流程、降低制造成本的目的。试验表明,模拟结果与实际成形过程吻合度较高。Aluminum alloy rectangular box battery case was usually formed by four common draw⁃ing process and one thinning drawing process.The processes was complex and the die was diffi⁃cult to debug.So,the numerical simulation of extrusion forming process under different punch ec⁃centricity was presented,and the shape and size of the forming parts,the stress field,velocity field and strain field in forming process were analyzed,which was to improve efficiency,shorten the process and reduce cost.The results showed that the simulation results were in good agreement with the actual forming process.
