摘　　要：分析了月牙形端盖的结构特点和工艺特性,确定了制件复合成形的工艺方案,对工艺方案可能存在的问题运用DeForm有限元软件进行了模拟仿真分析,根据仿真分析结果对下料尺寸进行了微调整,并介绍了该制件的复合成形模结构及模具工作过程。The structural and process characteristics of selenodont end cover were analyzed,the compound forming process program was determined.The possible problems existing in the pro⁃cess scheme were simulated and analyzed by using the finite element analysis software DeForm,according to the results of the simulation analysis,the blanking size was slightly adjusted,and the structure of the composite forming die and the working process of the die were introduced.
