摘　　要：设计了1模2腔两板式模具用于注塑机导油管135°弯管异形接头塑件的注射成型,模具采用4种类型的脱模机构用于成型塑件的脱模,分别为弯管、直管、内收式、推杆推出等脱模机构。弯管抽芯机构使用齿条驱动扇形齿轮,再驱动圆弧滑块实施旋转抽芯;直管抽芯机构使用液压缸驱动内外壁型芯实施2次抽芯;内抽芯机构使用T形槽锁紧块驱动内收式抽芯;塑件最终由推杆推出。A two plates mould with two cavities and was designed for injection moulding the135°el⁃bow joint of oil guide pipe used in an injection moulding machine.Four types of demoulding mech⁃anisms were used to demould the plastic parts,which were elbow core-pulling mechanism,straight pipe core-pulling mechanism,retracting core-pulling mechanism and ejector pin ejection mechanism.The rack was used to drive the fan-shaped gear and then drive the circular slider to im⁃plement rotary core-pulling in the bending core-pulling mechanism.The oil cylinder was used to drive the inner and outer wall core to core-pulling in the straight tube core-pulling mechanism.The T-groove locking block was used to drive the inner core-pulling.Finally,the plastic part was eject⁃ed by using the ejector pin.
