打浆对静电复印纸成纸性能的影响

摘　　要：打浆是影响成纸指标的重要因素,包括磨片选型、浆浓、压力、流量及打浆能耗。我们确定了静电复印纸生产过程中最佳打浆参数,并在以上参数稳定的前提下,使成纸松厚度、平滑度、匀度等关键质量指标稳定在最佳工艺水平。Beating is an important factor affecting the paper index,including the selection of grinding plate,concentration,pressure,flow and beating energy consumption.The best beating parameters in the production process of xerographic paper are determined.On the premise of the above parameters being stable,the key quality indexes such as the thickness,smoothness and evenness of the paper are stable at the best technological level.
