摘  要:造纸助留非常重要,硅溶胶组成的微粒助留体系研究还不多。本文研究了硅溶胶助留效果,对比了搭配的两种阳离子聚合物,分析了硅溶胶助留的影响因素。实验结果表明,硅溶胶具有很好的助留效果,对添加填料10%~30%比例下,均比商用二元助留优,细粒径硅溶胶用量相对更少;硅溶胶搭配阳离子淀粉效果比阳离子聚丙烯酰胺好;硅溶胶助留在中偏碱条件下,以及在水硬度不高时,效果更好。Retention rate is very important in papermaking process,and there is not much research on the microparticle retention system composed of silica sol.This paper studies the retention aid effect of silica sol.Two cationic polymers are compared.and the main factors affecting the retention of silica sol are analyzed.The experimental results show that silica sol has a very good retention effect.When the proportion of filler is 10%~30%,it performs better than commercial binary retention system.The dosage of finer particle silica sol is relatively less than that of common silica sol in the application of retention;Silica sol with cationic starch is more benefit than cationic polyacrylamide;Neutral to weak alkaline conditions with low concentration of calcium ions helps silica sol final retention.
