摘　　要：从水泥质量、混凝土用料以及配比等方面分析了某混凝土搅拌站混凝土凝结时间偏长的原因,最终发现凝结时间偏长是由于混凝土用砂受到了醇类物质污染所致。采取相应措施后,混凝土凝结时间恢复正常。This paper analyzes the reasons for the longer setting time of concrete in a concrete mixing station from the aspects of cement quality,concrete materials and mix ratio,and finally finds out that the longer setting time is caused by the alcohol pollution of concrete sand.After taking corresponding measures,the setting time returns to normal.
