摘  要:传动轮系及发电机安装设计一直是自发电系统设计难点,本文结合工程实践,介绍了一种20kW行车自发电系统的轮系及支架设计,利用SIMDRIVE SD软件计算验证轮系布局合理,轮系设计符合康明斯原车标准要求,通过CAT软件模态分析和样机验证测试,设计的发电机安装支架耐久可靠,满足使用要求。Transmission gear train and generator installation design are always the difficulties in the design of self-generating power system,combining with the engineering practice,this paper introduces a 20 kw spontaneous the gear train and support design of the electrical system,driving gear train is proved using SIMDRIVE SD software layout is reasonable,the gear train design conforms to the cummins standard request,the original car by modal analysis and the CAT software prototype verification test.The designed generator mounting bracket is durable and reliable and meets the requirements of use.
