腹部脏器损伤B超诊断与临床诊断结果比较

摘　　要：目的对比分析腹部脏器损伤B超诊断与临床诊断结果差异性。方法纳入本院2011年5月至2018年12月期间收治腹部脏器损伤患者共45例设为研究对象,开展临床诊断研究。患者入院后均无腹部创伤性损伤,均依次接受超声诊断,以手术治结果为标准,对比超声诊断检出率,并分析超声诊断用时、诊断费用。结果经手术治疗后,45例患者中确诊肝脾损伤15例、肾损伤25例(肾实质挫伤9例、肾实质裂伤7例、肾盏肾盂撕裂5例、肾广泛撕裂4例)、胰腺损伤5例。经对比手术结果,超声诊断肝脾损伤检出率为93.33%,肾损伤检出率为96.00%,胰腺损伤检出率为80.00%,对比结果无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论腹部脏器损伤临床诊断中超声诊断技术的应用,可在较短时间及低廉诊断费用基础上试下对患者脏器损伤情况的有效诊断,为其临床有效救治争取治疗时间,应用效果显著。Objective To compare and analyze the difference between B-ultrasound diagnosis and clinical diagnosis of abdominal organ injury.Methods A total of 45 patients with abdominal organ injuries admitted to our hospital from May 2011 to December 2018 were selected as the study subjects to carry out clinical diagnostic studies.All patients had no abdominal traumatic injury after admission,and received ultrasound diagnosis in turn.With the Results of surgical treatment as the standard,the detection rate of ultrasound diagnosis was compared,and the time and cost of ultrasound diagnosis were analyzed.Results After surgical treatment,15 cases of hepatosplenic injury,25 cases of renal injury (9 cases of renal parenchymal contusion,7 cases of renal parenchymal laceration,5 cases of calyceal pelvic tear,4 cases of extensive renal tear) and 5 cases of pancreatic injury were confirmed in 45 patients.The detection rate of liver and spleen injury,kidney injury and pancreatic injury by ultrasound was 93.33%,96.00% and 80.00%,respectively,with no statistical difference (P>0.05).Conclusion The application of ultrasound diagnosis technology in the clinical diagnosis of abdominal organ injury can make an effective diagnosis on the basis of a short time and low diagnostic cost,and strive for treatment time for the effective treatment of abdominal organ injury,with remarkable application effect.
