自制漱口液用于放化疗后口腔溃疡的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究放疗后口腔溃疡应用自制漱口液的效果。方法将2018年1月至2019年12月本院接收的86例乳癌放化疗后口腔溃疡患者纳入研究,按抽签法随机分为A组43例,使用复方硼砂含漱液进行含漱;B组43例,基于A组基础上加用康复新液、利多卡因+维生素B12+外用生理盐水制成的漱口液进行含漱。以干预前1d、干预后14d患者口腔溃疡分级情况、口腔疼痛(VAS)评分、简明健康状况调查表(SF-36)评分完成对口腔溃疡改善程度、口腔疼痛情况、生活质量的评估。结果干预后,B组口腔溃疡严重程度分级优于干预前,且优于A组,差异显著(P<0.05);干预后,B组VAS评分低于干预前,且低于A组,差异显著(P<0.05);干预后,B组SF-36评分高于干预前,且高于A组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论自制漱口液能够改善放化疗后口腔溃疡的病情,减轻口腔疼痛,利于患者生活质量的提升。Objective To explore the effects of self-made mouthwash on the treatment of dental ulcer after radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Methods After radiotherapy and chemotherapy,86 breast cancer patients with dental ulcer treated from January 2018 to December 2019 in our hospital were investigated and divided into group A(43 cases)and group B(43 cases)according to picking method.Group A took compound Borax solution;on the basis of the former,group B took the self-made mouthwash made up of Kangfuxin solution,lidocaine,Vitamin B12 and normal saline.Before 1d and after 14d of intervention,the dental ulcer rating,visual analogue scale(VAS)and SF-36(The Mos 36-item Short Form Health Survey)scores were used to evaluate the dental ulcer improvement degrees,oral pain conditions and life quality.Results After intervention,the dental ulcer ratings in group B were significantly better than before and group A(P<0.05);VAS scores in group B were significantly lower than before and group A(P<0.05);SF-36 scores in group B were significantly higher than before and group A(P<0.05).Conclusion After radiotherapy and chemotherapy,the self-made mouthwash can stablize the illness states,relieve the oral pain,and improve the life quality.
