大剂量丙种球蛋白+阿司匹林对小儿川崎病的临床治疗效果

摘　　要：目的研究分析小儿川崎病患儿应用大剂量丙种球蛋白联合阿司匹林治疗的临床效果以及对患儿CRP、WBC指标的影响。方法于2018年12月至2019年12月,以本院接收的140例川崎病患儿作为此次研究之中的观察主体,通过电脑随机分组方法,将之进一步随机分成两个小组,其中一组名为常规组;另一组名为研究组。两个小组分别70例。其中常规组70例予以小剂量丙种球蛋白联合阿司匹林治疗;研究组70例予以大剂量丙种球蛋白联合阿司匹林治疗。结果研究组临床疗效更高,CRP、WBC水平更低,与常规组之间存在明显的差异(P<0.05);研究组退热时间、黏膜充血消退时间、手足消肿时间、颈淋巴消肿时间更短,与常规组之间存在明显的差异(P<0.05);研究组冠脉扩张率更低,与常规组之间存在明显的差异(P<0.05)。结论大剂量丙种球蛋白与阿司匹林联合治疗小儿川崎病的效果更高,可显著降低其CRP以及WBC水平,减轻其临床症状,促使其早日康复,值得在临床中大范围应用。Objective To study and analyze the clinical effects of high-dose gamma globulin combined with aspirin treatment in children with Kawasaki disease and the impact on CRP and WBC indicators in children.Methods From December 2018 to December 2019,140 children with Kawasaki disease received in this hospital were the subjects of observation in this study,and they were further randomly divided into two groups through the computer randomization method.The group is called the regular group;the other group is called the research group.There were 70 cases in the two groups.Among them,70 patients in the routine group were treated with low-dose gamma globulin combined with aspirin;70 patients in the research group were treated with high-dose gamma globulin combined with aspirin.Results The study group has higher clinical efficacy,lower CRP and WBC levels,which are significantly different from the conventional group (P<0.05);study group antipyretic time,mucosal congestion subsided time,hand and foot swelling time,neck lymphatic swelling time It is shorter,which is significantly different from the conventional group (P<0.05);the coronary artery dilation rate in the study group is lower,and there is a significant difference between the conventional group (P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of high-dose gamma globulin and aspirin has a higher effect in the treatment of children’s Kawasaki disease,which can significantly reduce their CRP and WBC levels,reduce their clinical symptoms,and promote their early recovery.It is worthy of large-scale clinical application.
