摘　　要：目的探析并观察在RICU护理方面,使用RICU呼吸机幽闭症的心理护理效果与使用价值。方法选择我院于2019年2月至2020年2月收治的50例RICU呼吸机幽闭症,并使用对比实验的方法,并分为对照组(25例)和护理组(25例),对照组使用常规的护理手段,护理组使用心理护理的护理方法。结果护理组对本次护理的满意度大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理护理可以有效加强患者与呼吸机的配合,对患者实施心理层面的照顾,减少患者可能出现的负面情绪,预防SC病症的发生。心理护理可以提高病患对护理的满意率,对预防SC病症出现有显著效果,有较高使用价值。Objective To explore and observe the psychological nursing effect and use value of using RICU ventilator claustrophobia in RICU nursing.Methods Fifty cases of RICU ventilator claustrophobia admitted in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected,and were divided into control group (25 cases) and nursing group (25 cases).The control group used conventional nursing methods,and the nursing group used psychological nursing methods.Results The satisfaction degree of the nursing group was higher than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing can effectively strengthen the cooperation between patients and ventilator,provide psychological care for patients,reduce the possible negative emotions of patients,and prevent the occurrence of SC disease.Psychological nursing can improve the patients’ satisfaction rate of nursing,has significant effect on preventing SC disease,and has high use value.
