朱琏针灸兴奋法联合足反射区按摩在中风偏瘫中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的分析朱琏针灸兴奋法联合足反射区按摩在中风偏瘫中的应用效果。方法此次的研究对象均选自于2020年1月至2020年11月期间我院门诊及住院部收治的中风偏瘫患者,入选患者总数为100例,将其随机分组为研究组和对照组,两组各有患者50例。研究组在常规基础支持治疗上采用朱琏针灸兴奋法联合足反射区按摩,对照组患者在基础支持治疗上接受常规针刺配合足反射区按摩治疗。对比两组患者的痉挛程度(Ashworth)、神经功能缺损评分(NHISS)、运动功能评分(FMA)、Barthel活动能力指数以及生活质量评分(SF-36)。结果治疗前,两组患者的痉挛程度、NHISS、FMA、Barthel活动依赖程度和SF-36评分均无显著差异(P>0.05),经过治疗后,两组患者的痉挛程度、NHISS评分、Barthel活动依赖程度均降低,FMA和SF-36评分均升高,且研究组患者的上述指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论向中风偏瘫患者实施朱琏针灸兴奋法联合足反射区按摩,能有效改善患者的神经功能、运动功能,减少痉挛的发生,提升患者的日常生活能力,进而促进患者的生活质量提升。Objective To analyze the application effect of Zhu Lian acupuncture stimulation combined with foot reflex zone massage in stroke hemiplegia.Methods The subjects of this study were selected from patients with apoplexy hemiplegia admitted to outpatient and inpatient departments of our hospital from January 2020 to November 2020.A total of 100 patients were enrolled and randomly divided into study group and control group,with 50 patients in each group.The study group used Zhu Lian acupuncture stimulation combined with foot reflex zone massage on the basis of routine support treatment,while the control group received routine acupuncture combined with foot reflex zone massage on the basis of support treatment.The two groups were compared in terms of the degree of spasm(Ashworth),neurological impairment score(NHISS),motor function score(FMA),Barthel Index of activity and Quality of life score(SF-36).Results Before the treatment,two groups of patients with spastic degree,NHISS,FMA,Barthel activity dependent and SF-36 score had no significant difference(P>0.05),after treatment,two groups of patients of spasm degree,NHISS score,are less dependent on Barthel activity,FMA and SF-36 scale increases,patients and the team of the indicators are better than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Zhu Lian acupuncture stimulation combined with foot reflex zone massage can effectively improve patients’nerve function and motor function,reduce the occurrence of spasm,improve patients’daily life ability,and further promote the quality of life of patients.
