摘 要:晋能王家岭煤业回采面均采用“两进一回”布置,其中,上一工作面辅运顺槽复用作为下一工作面回风顺槽,为托顶煤强烈动压巷道,巷道维护困难,需对其变形特征和变形机理开展研究并提出相应加固设计。通过对动压巷道顶板离层、顶帮变形和支护构件受力的监测,结合顶板岩层窥视,掌握了王家岭煤业托顶煤动压巷道的变形特点,顶板离层主要发生在顶煤范围内。本文采用数值模拟,研究了顶煤厚度、动压影响程度和不同支护设计等因素对顶煤顶板变形的影响,分析了托顶煤动压巷道顶煤顶板变形机理,认为顶煤厚度和顶煤支护情况直接决定托顶煤变形情况,在巷道支护设计时应充分考虑顶煤顶板支护强度和刚度。根据变形特点和变形机理,结合高预应力锚杆支护技术,提出动压巷道加固设计并在井下实施。实践表明,加固效果良好。The working face of Wangjialing coal mine adopts the layout of“double entry and primary return”,in which the auxiliary transport roadway of the upper working face is reused as the return air groove of the next working face,which is the roadway with strong dynamic pressure of supporting top coal,and the roadway maintenance is difficult.Therefore,it is necessary to research on its deformation mechanism and propose the corresponding reinforcement design.Through the analysis of the roof separation of the dynamic pressure roadway,the deformation monitoring of roof and two sides,the force monitoring of supporting members,combined with the peeping of roof strata,the deformation characteristics of dynamic pressure roadway with top coal in Wangjialing coal mine are mastered,the roof separation main occurs in the top coal.Numerical simulation is used to analyze the deformation mechanism of roof in caving roadway under dynamic pressure,affecting factors including top-coal thickness,dynamic pressure influence degree,different supporting design,think the top-coal thickness and top-coal supporting situation directly decided to top-coal deformation condition,the roadway support design should fully consider the roof support top strength and stiffness.According to the deformation characteristics and deformation mechanism,combined with the high prestressed bolt supporting technology,the dynamic pressure roadway reinforcement design is put forward and the underground practice shows that the reinforcement effect is good.
