摘 要:针对济宁二号煤矿二采区末采阶段形成孤岛工作面造成强矿压难控制等问题,提出了超长工作面合面的布置方式,综合对比分析了超长工作面(单面)、对拉、背拉、顺拉和分工作面布置方式的优缺点,设计了一种预掘中间巷道的400m以上超长工作面布置方式,优化了超长工作面关键设备选型及管理技术,解决了超长工作面易断链和工作面直线度的控制难题,分析了超长工作面矿压显现特征,实现了首个全套国产装备的450m超长工作面高效生产。In view of the problems of strong mine pressure and difficult control caused by isolated working face formed in the final mining stage of mining area,the joint face layout mode is proposed for super long working face,the advantages and disadvantages of the layout modes of super long working face(single face),opposite pull,back pull,forward pull and separate working face are comprehensively compared and analyzed,and a layout mode of over 400 m long working face is designed,in which the middle roadway is pre-excavated,and the key equipment selection and management technology for super long working face is optimized,the problems of easy-broken chain and straightness control of working face are solved,and the mine pressure behavior characteristics are analyzed,and finally,the 450 m super long working face operates efficiently the full set of domestic equipment.
