摘 要:为了实现瓦斯精准抽采,提高矿井瓦斯的抽采效率,对甘肃靖远矿区魏家地煤矿井田瓦斯地质单元进行划分,根据不同瓦斯地质单元建立了回采工作面梯级抽采的三个梯级,不同梯级含量的区域对应实施顺层钻孔瓦斯抽采、上隅角埋管抽采、上出口中位钻孔瓦斯抽采、顶板岩石走向高位钻孔和地面钻井瓦斯抽采等不同的瓦斯抽采技术措施,构建了矿井瓦斯精准抽采模式,并在东102综放工作面进行了试验实践。结果表明,采煤工作面通过实施工作面瓦斯梯级治理、精准抽采模式,煤体残余瓦斯含量降至6m^(3)/t以下;回采期间,工作面回风流瓦斯浓度控制在0.2%~0.3%,同时也避免了现场瓦斯抽采措施实施的随意性和盲目性。In order to accurately extract mine gas and improve the extraction efficiency,the gas geological units of Weijiadi Coal Mine in Jingyuan mining area of Gansu Province is divided.The three grades of grading-extraction in the working face is established according to different gas geological units,which correspond to the gas extraction measures of bedding drilling,buried pipe drainage at the upper corner,upper outlet meso-position drilling,high-level drilling along roof rock strike and surface drilling,and the mine gas precise drainage mode is constructed and tested in the East-102 fully mechanized top-coal caving face.The residual gas content in coal body was below 6 m^(3)/t;during the mining period,the gas concentration in the return air flow of the working face was kept within 0.2%~0.3%;and the randomness and blindness of gas extraction measure selection on site were avoided.
