摘 要:生产超低灰煤是实现神东矿区商品煤高价值利用的重要保障。结合电容炭(煤基活性炭)用煤对灰分、铁含量的要求,针对神东矿区哈拉沟煤矿原煤特点,提出了利用水介质旋流器分选制备超低灰煤的思路。利用单因素试验研究了锥段锥角、底流口直径及给料压力对分选效果的影响,得到最优分选条件为:锥段锥角120°,底流口直径16mm,给料压力0.07MPa。在最优条件下进行了稳定试验,获得了灰分2.42%、产率70.07%、铁含量0.24%的超低灰煤,达到了目标要求;数量效率87.59%,不完善度0.21,分选效果较好。Production of ultra-low ash coal is a guarantee for the high value utilization of commercial coal in Shendong mining area.Combining with the requirements of ash and iron content of the coal used in capacitor carbon(coal-based activated carbon),and according to the characteristics of the raw coal of Halagou Coal Mine,the idea of preparing ultra-low ash coal with hydro-cyclone separation was put forward.The effects of cone angle of cone section,diameter of apex diameter and feeding pressure on the separation effect were studied by single factor test.The optimal separation conditions were obtained as follows:cone angle of cone section is 120°,diameter of apex diameter is 16 mm,and feeding pressure is 0.07 MPa.The stability test was carried out under the optimal conditions,in which the ultra-low ash coal with ash content was 2.42%,yield was 70.07%and iron content was 0.24%,the target requirements were satisfied.And the preparation effect is favorable with a quantity efficiency of 87.59%,and an imperfect degree of 0.21.
