摘 要:经连续3 a跟踪筛选获得一个具有稳定高烟碱转化率的株系TS01,其田间生长株型为筒形,初烤烟叶表面具有色度较强的"樱红"色斑块,斑块表面具有明显的小颗粒状物体,烟叶闻香突出。微观下TS01烟叶细胞皱缩严重,表面高低不平,个别区域变形严重。与K326和云烟87相比,TS01烤后烟叶的降烟碱、麦斯明和N-甲酰基降烟碱含量均有大幅度的提高,分别占总生物碱含量的90.78%、0.86%和0.11%,烟碱含量显著降低,占总生物碱的比例仅为6.25%,烟碱转化率达到了93.55%,而K326和云烟87的烟碱转化率分别仅为1.48%和1.75%。采用SNP 技术将其与36个烟草主栽品种进行遗传背景分析,发现TS01与云烟85和毕纳1号亲缘关系最近,接着为K326,云烟116、NC55、云烟87、G80等,与翠碧1号、中烟101、中烟100、红花大金元等亲缘关系较远。A stable and high nicotine conversion line TS01 was obtained after 3 years of continuous screening.The plant type of TS01 was barrel shape.The surface of the flue-cured tobacco leaves had"cherry red"patches with strong chromaticity.There were obvious small particles on the surface of the patches,and the aroma of the tobacco leaves was outstanding.Microscopically,the cell shrinkage of TS01 tobacco leaves is serious,the surface is uneven,and the deformation of individual regions is serious.Compared with K326 and Yunyan 87,the contents of nornicotine,myosmine and N-formyl nornicotine in TS01 flue-cured tobacco increased significantly,accounting for 90.78%,0.86%and 0.11%of the total alkaloids,respectively.The nicotine content decreased significantly,accounting for only 6.25%of the total alkaloids.The nicotine conversion rate reached 93.55%,while the nicotine conversion rates of K326 and Yunyan 87 were only 1.48%and 1.75%,respectively.The genetic background between TS01 and 36 main tobacco varieties was analyzed by SNP technology.It was found that TS01 had the closest genetic relationship with Yunyan 85 and Bina No.1,followed by K326,Yunyan 116,NC55,Yunyan 87 and G80,and had far genetic relationship with Cuibi No.1,Zhongyan 101,Zhongyan 100 and Honghuadajinyuan.
