基于专利分析的国内铁皮石斛产业发展研究

摘　　要：以国家知识产权局及SOOPAT 检索系统作为数据源,对1996—2020年我国铁皮石斛相关专利的申请量、类型、ICP构成及相关技术研究重点、地区分布、申请人情况及主要申请人研究方向等信息进行了分析。结果表明:(1)铁皮石斛专利申请量随年份呈先升后降的趋势,从2008开始逐渐增加,并在2016年达到最高值,发展态势良好;(2)我国铁皮石斛专利申请类型以发明专利为主,占比达79.39%;(3)我国铁皮石斛相关专利主要集中在栽培技术、药用研究、食品生产及健康等应用方面;(4)铁皮石斛专利申请量最多的地区为广西壮族自治区,之后依次为安徽、浙江、贵州、广东等省;(5)与科研院校相比,企业对铁皮石斛的实用价值研发实力更强,更注重实用性和技术创新,也偏向于在市场竞争中创造更多的经济价值;而科研院校的研究更广更深入,研究涉及到了铁皮石斛的栽培和育种技术、铁皮石斛产品制备工艺、铁皮石斛的生物学和工程科学研究等方面。Using the State Intellectual Property Office and SOOPAT retrieval system as data sources,this paper has analyzed the information about the number of patent applications,patent types and IPC structure,key technical research points,patent regional distribution,the applicants and the research directions of main applicants for Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo related patents in China.The results showed that:(1)The number of patent applications for Dendrobium officinale showed a trend of first rising and then falling with the year.It has gradually increased since 2008 and reached the highest value in 2016,showing a good development trend.(2)The patent application types for Dendrobium officinale in China are mainly invention patents,accounting for 79.39%.(3)China's Dendrobium officinale patents are mainly focused on cultivation technology,medical research,food production and health applications.(4)Guangxi has the largest number of Dendrobium officinale patent applications,followed by Anhui,Zhejiang,Guizhou and Guangdong.(5)Compared with the institutions,the enterprises are stronger on Dendrobium officinale practical value research and development,pay more attention to practicality and technological innovation,and tend to create more economic value in the market competition.While the research fields of the institutions for Dendrobium officinale are more extensive and deeper,involving the cultivation and breeding technology,products processing technology,biology and engineering research,etc.
