Analysis of the results of sentinel surveillance on HIV/AIDS among female sex workers in Tian’E county,Guangxi from 2016 to 2020

摘　　要：目的了解天峨县女性性工作者(FSW)人群HIV/AIDS感染情况及知识认知水平、安全行为情况及艾滋病流行现状,为评价FSW人群HIV/AIDS综合干预效果及今后有针对性地干预提供依据。方法依据《广西艾滋病哨点监测实施方案》《天峨县开展艾滋病暗娼人群哨点监测实施方案》要求,对天峨县2016—2020年当地FSW人群进行现场问卷调查和血清学检测。结果 2016—2020年天峨县哨点监测FSW人群共420人,艾滋病相关知识知晓率分别为86.59%,90.48%,96.42%,96.51%和97.62%。与前4年相比,2020年FSW人群对艾滋病相关知识知晓率明显提高,对艾滋病相关知识全部回答正确率从70.73%上升到95.24%。最近一次商业性性行为时安全套使用率分别为84.15%,90.48%,94.05%,96.51%和97.62%。HIV、梅毒和HCV抗体阳性检出率分别为0.24%,4.05%和0.24%,低档场所FSW的HIV和梅毒抗体阳性检出率均高于中、高档场所。结论虽然天峨县FSW人群艾滋病知晓率提升较明显,但梅毒感染率仍然较高,低档场所FSW是传播性病和艾滋病的高危人群,应持续加强对低档FSW人群的干预,是今后遏制艾滋病蔓延的工作重点。Objective To understand the HIV infection status,AIDS knowledge and awareness level,safety behaviors and the AIDS epidemic status of the female sex workers in Tian’E County,to provide a basis for evaluating the comprehensive AIDS intervention effects of female sex workers and targeted interventions in the future.Methods According to the requirements of"Guangxi AIDS Sentinel Surveillance Implementation Plan"and"Tian’E County Launches the Implementation Plan for Sentinel Surveillance of AIDS Female Sex Workers",on-site questionnaire surveys and serological tests were conducted on local female sex workers populations in Tian E County from 2016 to 2020.Results From 2016 to 2020,a total of420 female sex workers were monitored at sentinel sites in Tian’E County,and the awareness rates of AIDS-related knowledge were 86.59%,90.48%,96.42%,96.51%,and 97.62%,respectively.Compared with the previous four years,in 2020,the awareness rate of AIDS-related knowledge among female sex workers has increased significantly,and the correct rate of all answers to AIDS-related knowledge has risen from 70.73%to 95.24%.The condom use rates during the last commercial sex were 84.15%,90.48%,94.05%,96.51%and 97.62%,respectively.The positive detection rates of HIV,syphilis and HCV antibodies were 0.24%,4.05%and 0.24%,respectively.The positive detection rates of HIV and syphilis antibodies in female sex workers in low-end places were higher than those in medium and high-end places.Conclusion Although the awareness rate of AIDS among female sex workers in Tian’E County has increased greatly,the rate of syphilis infection is still high.The female sex workers in low-end places are at high risk of spreading STDs and AIDS.We should continue to strengthen interventions for low-end female sex workers,which is the focus of curbing the spread of AIDS in the future jobs.
