叙事护理联合思维场疗法在首诊急性白血病患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:分析在叙事护理的基础上应用思维场疗法对首诊急性白血病患者的影响。方法:采用便利抽样法选取2018年3月—2020年3月河北医科大学第二医院收治的200例首诊急性白血病患者作为研究对象,根据随机数表法将其分为对照组100例、研究组100例,对照组在常规护理干预的基础上行叙事护理,研究组在对照组护理干预的基础上联合应用思维场疗法,对比两组SAS、SDS、生活质量评分表(SF-36)、Piper疲乏修订量表(PFS-R)评分变化情况。结果:干预后,两组患者SAS、SDS评分均降低,且研究组低于对照组;两组患者SF-36评分均升高、PFS-R评分均降低,且SF-36评分研究组高于对照组、PFS-R评分研究组低于对照组;以上差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在叙事护理的基础上给予白血病患者思维场疗法,能够更有效提高患者生活质量,降低患者焦虑、抑郁水平,改善患者心理状况。Objective To explore the effect of thinking field therapy based on narrative nursing in patients with first-diagnosed acute leukemia.Methods From March 2018 to March 2020,convenience sampling was used to select 200 first-diagnosed acute leukemia patients in the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University as the research object.According to the random number table method,patients were divided into the control group with 100 cases and the research group with 100 cases.The control group performed narrative nursing on the basis of conventional nursing,and the research group conducted the thinking field therapy based on the nursing intervention of the control group.We evaluated the scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),The MOS 36-Item Short Form Health Survey(SF-36)and the revised Piper Fatigue Scale(PFS-R).Results After the intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups of patients decreased,and scores of the research group were lower than those of the control group.SF-36 scores increased and PFS-R scores decreased in both groups,and the SF-36 score of the research group was higher than that of the control group,and the PFS-R score of the research group was lower than that of the control group.The above differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions On the basis of narrative nursing,giving leukemia patients the thought field therapy can effectively improve the patients'quality of life,reduce the patients'anxiety and depression levels,and ameliorate the patients'psychological status.
