南京有性行为大学生中多性伴的影响因素

摘　　要：目的了解南京大学生多性伴现况及影响因素,为南京大学生性健康知识教育提供依据。方法在2019年4-6月,采用分层随机整群抽样方法对驻宁大学生进行匿名问卷调查,调查内容包括一般人口学特征,性行为情况和艾滋病检测等情况,采用两水平Logistic回归模型分析。结果在报告有性行为的7239名大学生中,16.4%(1186例)学生有多性伴行为。两水平Logistic回归模型结果显示:本科学校(aOR=0.782)、女性(aOR=0.682)、初次性行为年龄15~17岁(aOR=0.485)、初次性行为年龄≥18岁(aOR=0.216)、外省(aOR=0.846)的大学生不易发生多性伴行为,外籍(aOR=1.789)、同性恋(aOR=1.773)、双性恋(aOR=1.934)、不确定自己性向(aOR=1.975)、初次性伴为临时性伴(aOR=3.682)、初次性伴为商业性伴(aOR=3.737)、初次性伴为同性性伴(aOR=2.843)的大学生更易发生多性伴行为。结论南京市大学生多性伴行为形势较为严峻,学校、性别、性向、初次性行为年龄和初次性伴等是大学生多性伴的影响因素,应针对不同学生人群采取多种形式的性健康知识宣传教育。Objective To reveal multi-sexual partner behavior and relevant factors among college students in Nanjing to offer a basis for college students'sexual health knowledge education.Methods An anonymous questionnaire survey was used on college students selected by the Stratified random cluster sampling method from April to June 2019.The contents of the survey included demographic data,sexual behavior,HIV testing,and so on.Results In total,1186 students with multi-sexual partners were noticed in 7239 college students who reported having sexual experiences,and the rate of multiple sexual partners was 16.4%(1186/7239).The two-level logistic regression model showed that the college students in the undergraduate departments were not likely to have multiple sex partners(aOR=0.782).Factors as being female(aOR=0.682),the sexual initiators aged 15~17 years old(aOR=0.485),sexual initiators aged≥18 years old(aOR=0.216),not involved in publicizing HIV-related education programs (aOR=0.846)and outside the province(aOR=0.846)etc,were at higher risks.By contrast,factors as being foreign students(aOR=1.789),homosexual(aOR=1.773),bisexual(aOR=1.934),uncertain sexual orientation(aOR=1.975),the first sexual partner being a casual one(aOR=3.682),Initial partner being commercial(aOR=3.737)and the first sexual partner being homosexual(aOR=2.843)etc.,were more likely to be associated with having multiple sex partners.Conclusion The situation of multiple sexual partner behaviors among college students in Nanjing is difficult.The influencing factors on college students'multiple sexual partners include college,gender,sexual orientation,age of first sexual behavior,first sexual partner,etc.Various forms of sexual health knowledge promotion and education should be adopted for different student groups.
