摘 要:目的分析新诊断HIV感染者的CD4细胞计数及WB条带结果的相关性,了解HIV感染者不同疾病进程的WB带型分布特点。方法收集江苏省疾病预防控制中心VCT门诊2014-2019年新诊断HIV感染者的一般信息、WB带型结果及确证3个月内首次CD4细胞计数结果,并根据CD4细胞计数将病例分为<200个/μL、200~499个/μL和≥500个/μL三组,分析各组间WB带型分布。结果共收集820例新诊断的HIV感染者的WB带型,其中gp160和gp120检出率均为100.00%;gp41、p66和p24检出率分别为97.80%、93.78%和99.15%;p51和p31检出率为88.17%和87.68%;p17、p39和p55检出率分别为78.41%、52.56%和31.59%。p17、p39的检出率在3组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。全带型、缺失p55带型及缺失p55+p39+p17带型在3组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合分析WB带型及CD4细胞计数可协助确定疾病分期,监测疾病进程和帮助判断机体免疫状态。Objective To analyze the correlations between the CD4+T lymphocyte cell(CD4 cell)counts and West blot(WB)band types among newly diagnosed HIV-infected patients and the distribution of WB bands along with the disease processes on HIV-infected patients.Methods Data on general information,WB bands,and the first CD4 cell counts within three months after confirmation of the newly diagnosed HIV-infected patients were collected.The research was carried out in the VCT Clinic of Jiangsu Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention from 2014 to 2019.The patients were divided into groups as CD4 cell<200/μL,CD4 cell 200~499/μL,and CD4 cell≥500/μL,according to the CD4 cell counts.Distributions of the WB band pattern were analyzed among each group.Results Among 820 newly diagnosed HIV-infected patients,the detection rates of gp160 and gp120 were both 100.00%,and gp41,p66,and p24 were 97.80%,93.78%,and 99.15%,respectively.The detection rates on p51,p31,p17,p39 and p55 were 88.17%,87.68%,78.41%,52.56%and 31.59%,respectively.The detection rates of p17 and p39 were statistically different among the three groups(P<0.05).The detection rates of all-band,p55-missing band,and p55+p39+p17 missing-band types were statistically significant(P<0.05)among the three groups.Conclusion Comprehensive analysis on the WB band patterns and CD4 cell-cell counts can help determine the stages of the disease,monitor the disease processes,and increase the body's immune functions.
