地方高校创业教育效应的多维审视——纳入外部环境与个人资本的考量

摘　　要：大学生作为实施创新驱动发展战略和推进"大众创业、万众创新"的生力军,是创业活动的中坚力量和创业精神的典型代表。为研究地方高校创业教育的多维效果,本文将创业教育效应分为创业效应、学习效应、升学效应和就业效应四种类型,并从外部环境和个人资本视角探究创业教育各类效应的关键要素。文章基于调研数据建立回归模型和PSM模型,实证结果表明:整体而言,地方高校创业教育效应不明显,但异质性分析表明,创业实践教育的创业效应和学习效应显著,另外创业实践教育的创业效应具有滞后性;个人资本对学生的创业、学习、升学和就业均产生显著正向影响,而外部环境仅对学生创业意愿产生显著影响。基于以上结果,本文提出相应建议以期为我国地方高校创业教育发展提供决策参考。University students are the important force in the implementation of the strategy of innovation-driven development and mass entrepreneurship and innovation,and the typical role of entrepreneurship. We divide the effects of entrepreneurship education into four aspects: effects on entrepreneurial intention,learning,pursuing further education,and choice of work place,and explores the key factors of entrepreneurship education from the perspective of external environment and personal capital.Based on survey questionnaires of colleges and universities,the results of Logit model and PSM model show: In a short term,the effect of entrepreneurship education in local universities is not obvious, but the heterogeneity analysis shows that the entrepreneurial effect and learning effect of entrepreneurial practice education are significant,but the entrepreneurial effect of entrepreneurial practice education has a lag;Personal capital exerts strong impacts on entrepreneurial intention,learning ability,intention to pursue further education while external environment only has a significant impact on students’ entrepreneurial willingness. Based on these findings,this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions in order to provide decision-making reference for the development of entrepreneurship education in local universities.
