摘  要:目的利用近红外光谱技术同时快速鉴别干姜、炮姜和姜炭配方颗粒。方法采集多批次干姜、炮姜和姜炭配方颗粒的傅立叶变换近红外漫反射光谱,运用光谱处理技术结合因子分析法,建立判别分析模型。同时,对三者进行聚类分析。结果所建判别分析模型可以将三者进行两两区分,对校正集和验证集预测准确率均为100%。通过聚类分析,干姜、炮姜和姜炭均能各自归为一类。结论近红外光谱技术可应用于同时快速鉴别干姜、炮姜和姜炭配方颗粒。OBJECTIVE To identify dried ginger,baked ginger and carbonized ginger formula granules simultaneously and rapidly using near infrared spectroscopy(NIRS).METHODS The fourier transform NIRS diffuse reflectance spectra of dried ginger,baked ginger and carbonized ginger formula granules were collected.The discriminant analysis(DA)model was established by spectral processing technology combined with factor analysis.Meanwhile,cluster analysis was carried out.RESULTS The DA model distinguished each dried ginger,baked ginger and carbonized ginger.The prediction accuracy of the DA model was 100%for both reference spectra and test spectra.The cluster analysis shows that dried ginger,baked ginger and carbonized ginger could be classified into oneself category each.CONCLUSION Dried ginger,baked ginger and carbonized ginger formula granules can be simultaneously and rapidly identified by using the established NIR spectroscopy method.
