摘　　要：国内不同实验室对尿液有形成分的形态描述、名称术语与结果报告不尽一致,尿液中各种有形成分的命名与报告亟须统一规范。中华医学会检验分会血液学与体液学学组组织专家,在查阅国内外相关文献的基础上,经过近2年的反复讨论、修改,并征求临床医生及一线检验人员意见后,撰写了专家共识。本共识总结在生理与病理状态下尿液中显微镜下可见的红细胞、白细胞、上皮细胞、管型、结晶、病原体等有形成分;提出在大量的尿液检验报告中及在国内外同行交流中应用广泛、实用性较强的形态学名称的建议;提出当尿液检查出现异常尿液有形成分数量和种类时,检验医师的分层报告建议或诊断与描述性诊断;共识对尿液中细胞、管型、结晶、病原体形态进行了描述,提示鉴别要点、来源与机制、意义与应用。Different laboratories in China have different descriptions of the forms,terms and results of the visible components in urine.It is urgent to standardize the naming and reporting of the visible components in urine.The experts organized by the Hematology and Humoral Science Group of the Laboratory Society of Chinese Medical Association wrote the expert consensus on the basis of referring to relevant literatures at home and abroad,after nearly 2 years of repeated discussions and revisions,and after soliciting the opinions of clinicians and front-line laboratory personnel.This consensus summarizes the visible components such as red blood cells,white blood cells,epithelial cells,tubular types,crystals,pathogens,etc.that can be seen under the microscope in urine under physiological and pathological conditions.This consensus also gives suggestions on morphological names which are widely used and practical in a large number of urine test reports and in domestic and foreign peer exchanges are put forward.It is suggested that stratified report or diagnosis and descriptive diagnosis should be made by examiners when the quantity and type of abnormal urine visible components are found in urine examination.The consensus describes the cell,casts,crystal and pathogen morphology in urine,and hints the key points of identification,source and mechanism,significance and application.
