摘　　要：通过文献研究,总结福州近现代名医治疗小儿急症如暴喘(马脾风)、急慢惊风、重症泄泻、破伤风、肠套叠等的经验,其治疗方法丰富,施用快捷,效果甚佳。如高希焯用土牛黄、紫雪丹、风化硝治疗暴喘;陈桐雨用礞石滚痰丸合五虎汤治疗重症肺炎,用熊胆止痉,以药物罨脐治疗重症泄泻;叶孝礼、林景堂中西名医合作,总结急性脑病中医证治六法;黄斌藩以五虎追风汤治疗破伤风;李学耕用一藤二花汤治疗急惊风,用飞针疗法治疗小儿高热等急症;刘保尚以自拟升降汤治疗肠套叠。诸家名医经验有较高的临床实用价值。Through literature research,this paper summarizes the experience of modern famous doctors in Fuzhou in the treatment of children with emergent symptoms,namely sudden asthma(acute asthmatic attack in children),acute and chronic infantile convulsion,severe diarrhea,tetanus,intussusception,etc.Their treatment methods are rich,with fast application and very good effects.For example,GAO Xizhuo uses Bovis calculus,Zixue Dan(紫雪丹)and Natrii sulfas exsiccatus etc.to treat sudden asthma;CHEN Tongyu uses Mengshi Guntan Wan(礞石滚痰丸)combined Wuhu Tang(五虎汤)to treat severe pneumonia,uses Fel ursi to stop tetany,application on navel with medicinals to treat severe diarrhea;YE Xiaoli and LIN Jingtang cooperated with Chinese and Western famous doctors to summarize six TCM diagnosis and treatment methods for acute encephalopathy;HUANG Binfan uses Wuhu Zhuifeng Tang(五虎追风汤)to treat tetanus;LI Xuegeng uses Yiteng Erhua Tang(一藤二花汤)to treat acute infantile convulsion,and uses flying needle therapy to treat emergent symptoms,namely children with high fever;LIU Baoshang uses self-made Shengjiang Tang(升降汤)to treat intussusception.The experience of famous doctors of various schools has high clinical practical value.
