摘　　要："一带一路",是习近平对中国改革开放与世界经济发展的一个伟大创举与重大贡献。它不是一个地理概念,也不是区域经济范畴,更不是简单的生产力范畴,而是一个全面、科学的国际政治经济学范畴。研究其背景意义,阐明其科学内涵及其引发世界经济社会关系的重大改变,充分认识其对构建人类命运共同体的重大作用,对于国际政治经济学的理论与实践都是一个伟大创新与创造。The"Belt and Road",is Xi Jin-ping’s great pioneering and significant contribution to China’s reform and opening-up,and world economic development. It is not a geographical concept,nor a regional economic category,also not a simple category of productivity,but a comprehensive and scientific category of international political economy. It is a great innovation and creation for the theory and practice of international political economy to study its background significance,clarify its scientific connotation which cause great changes in world economic and social relations,and fully understand its great role in building a community of shared future for mankind.
