摘　　要：目的整体评价清浊祛毒丸治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效以及安全性,为临床应用提供科学依据。方法检索Web of science、PubMed、中国知网、万方和维普数据库,搜集自清浊祛毒丸上市(2002年)至2020年10月已发表的关于清浊祛毒丸治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床随机对照试验。由2名研究人员根据纳入和排除标准独立完成文献的筛选、资料提取及质量评价工作。分析两组结果的总有效率、NIH-CPSI评分和不良反应发生率。结果最终纳入6篇随机对照试验,共679例患者。两组的总有效率:[RR=1.22,95%CI(1.05,1.42),P=0.008];NIH-CPSI评分:[MD=-3.29,95%CI(-6.11,-0.48),P=0.02];不良反应发生率:[RR=1.08,95%CI(0.65,1.78),P=0.76]。结论清浊祛毒丸参与干预的试验组比对照组总有效率高、NIP-CPSI评分降低更明显,且较为安全。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect and safety of Qingzhuoqudu Pills in the treatment of chronic prostatitis for providing clinical practice evidence.Methods Clinical randomized controlled trials of Qingzhuoqudu pills in the treatment of chronic prostatitis(2002-October of 2020)were retrieved from the database of Web of science,PubMed,CNKI,Wanfang and VIP.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,the related literatures,data extracting and quality evaluation were performed by two researchers.Total efficiency of the two groups’results,NIH-CPSI score and incidence rate of adverse reaction were analyzed.Results A total of 6 RCTs involving 679 cases were included in the final meta-analysis.Total efficiency of the results was[RR=1.22,95%CI(1.05,1.42),P=0.008];NIH-CPSI score was[MD=-3.29,95%CI(-6.11,-0.48),P=0.02],and incidence rate of adverse reaction was[RR=1.08,95%CI(0.65,1.78),P=0.76].Conclusion The test group had a higher total efficiency and lower NIH-CPSI score than the control group.And it has a certain degree of security.
