摘 要:为提高红外低发射率涂层的耐环境性能,向涂层中依次加入表面活性剂炔二醇和有机硅烷A-189,进行红外发射率(8~14μm)、力学性能、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、耐环境性能与附着力的跟踪测试。结果表明:当表面活性剂炔二醇添加质量分数为2%、有机硅烷A-189添加质量分数为4%时,低发射率涂层的耐环境性能最优,42 d耐热盐水腐蚀后,发射率升至0.147,变化量不足0.1,涂层附着力维持1级,表面活性剂和有机硅烷对涂层耐环境性能的协同优化效果较好。In order to improve the environmental resistance of low-infrared-emissivity coatings,the surfactant acetylene glycol and organosilane A-189 were added in turn to the coating successfully. Infrared emissivity(8-14 μm)of the coating was measured,the surface of coatings was observed by scanning electron microscope(SEM)and the mechanical properties,salt water-resistant performance,emissivity and adhesion of the coatings were also tested. The results show when the addition amount of surfactant is 2% and the addition amount of organosilane is 4%,the environmental resistance of the low emissivity coating is optimized. After soaking in the hot brine for 42 days,the emissivity of coating increase to 0.147,its variation is less than 0.1,and the adhesion remains at level 1,which shows that surfactants and organosilanes have a great synergistic optimization effect on the environmental resistance of coatings.
