摘 要:采用球状FeSiAl合金粉作为原料吸收剂,在球磨作用下通过挤压使其片状化,获得优异的低频吸波性能。采用X射线衍射仪、扫描隧道电子显微镜和矢量网络分析仪分别对样品的物相、微观结构和电磁参数进行表征和测试,并对微波吸收性能进行研究。结果表明:球状吸收剂吸收峰位于X和Ku波段,球磨后片状FeSiAl吸收剂有较强的介电损耗、磁损耗和良好的低频阻抗匹配性能,当填充浓度为70%(质量分数),厚度为4.00 mm时,片状FeSiAl在2.25 GHz频率的RL值可达-32.8 dB,低频吸波性能得到显著提升。The spherical FeSiAl alloy powder was used as the raw material absorbent,and the flakes were made by extrusion under the action of ball milling to obtain excellent low-frequency adsorbing performance.The phase composition,microstructure and electromagnetic characteristics of the flaky FeSiAl alloy were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM)and vector network analyzer(VNA),the microwave absorption performance was studied.The results indicate that the absorption peaks of FeSiAl alloy absorbent are located in X and Ku bands.The flaky FeSiAl alloy containing 70%(mass fraction)as filler with the thickness of 4.00 mm exhibits strong dielectric and magnetic losses as well as a good impedance matching property.It displays extremely strong electromagnetic wave absorption with reflection loss of–32.8 dB at 2.25 GHz,and the low frequency wave absorbing performance is improved significantly compared with spherical FeSiAl alloy.
