摘 要:广东地区采用中央空调系统的公共建筑,空调系统的能耗约占建筑总能耗的30%-60%,对建筑环境舒适性要求高的商场、酒店的空调系统能耗占建筑总能耗的60%以上。而制冷机房系统能耗占集中空调系统能耗的60%-90%。因此,提升中央空调制冷站系统的能效对降低建筑的能耗,实现建筑节能有明显的作用,也是实现碳中和目标重要手段之一。本文将以佛山某综合体项目的设计为例,对中央空调高效制冷站设计中遇到的难点、重点进行归纳总结分享。The energy consumption of HVAC system accounts for 30%~60%of the total energy consumption of public buildings in Guangdong.The energy consumption of HVAC system of shopping malls and hotels with high requirements for building environment comfort accounts for more than 60%of the total energy consumption of buildings.The energy consumption of the chiller plant accounts for 60%~90%of the energy consumption of the HVAC system.Therefore,improving the energy efficiency of the chiller plant plays an important role in reducing building energy consumption and achieving building energy saving,and it is also one of the important means to achieve the goal of carbon neutralization.This paper will take the design of a complex project in Foshan as an example to summarize and share the difficulties and key points encountered in the designing high efficient chiller plant of HVAC System.
