摘 要:为解决矿井低压电网漏电故障,设计了基于STM32F103控制器的矿井低压电网选择性漏电保护装置,使得控制器自动识别漏电故障信号并发出切断漏电故障线路指令,降低漏电故障停电对煤矿井下生产的影响。分析了选择性漏电故障原理,根据中性点电压与发生漏电故障线路电压的相位关系,自动识别漏电故障线路。给出选择性漏电保护装置的硬件、软件以及抗干扰设计。设计的矿井低压电网漏电保护装置已完成实验分析,结果表明该方案能快速、准确识别漏电线路并触发切断故障线路指令,灵敏度高,可靠性高。In order to solve the leakage fault of mine low-voltage power grid,a selective leakage protection device based on STM32F103 controller was designed,which could make the controller automatically identify the leakage fault signal and send out the command to cut off the leakage fault line,so as to reduce the impact of leakage fault power failure on the underground production of coal mine.The principle of selective leakage fault was analyzed.According to the phase relationship between the neutral point voltage and the line voltage,the leakage fault line could be identified automatically.The hardware,software and anti-interference design of selective leakage protection device were given.The experimental analysis of the designed leakage protection device for mine low-voltage power grid was completed.The results showed that the scheme could identify the leakage line quickly and accurately and trigger the command to cut off the fault line with high sensitivity and good reliability.
