摘  要:针对煤矿井下使用的防爆搅拌车发动机周边增加了许多防爆装置,驾驶员驾驶车辆时经常维护不当,造成高温或缺水保护使车辆熄火,导致搅拌罐内的混凝土凝固。结合煤矿井下的防爆要求,为车辆故障后的快速启动设计了一套切换装置,即车辆保护或者有胶管意外挤断等故障发生时,立即将液压气动系统切换到最简管路,车辆能够启动,搅拌罐能够正常旋转,但车辆不能行走,为车辆的维修或搅拌罐卸料争取了时间,减少了搅拌罐因混凝土凝固带来的维修费用。Many explosion-proof devices have been added around the engine of the explosion-proof mixer truck used in coal mine.Improper maintenance often occurs when the driver drives the vehicle,which causes high temperature or water shortage protection to make the vehicle flameout,resulting in the concrete solidification in the mixing truck.Combined with the explosion-proof requirements of underground coal mine,a set of switching device was designed for the rapid start of vehicles after failure.In other words,when the vehicle protection or accidental rubber hose was broken,the hydraulic and pneumatic system could be switched to the simplest pipeline immediately.The vehicle can be started,and the mixing truck can rotate normally,but the vehicle can not move forward,which can save time for vehicle maintenance or discharge of mixing truck and reduce stirring maintenance cost of mixing truck due to concrete solidification.
