摘 要:载荷提升机构作为矿用铲板式搬运车进行物料搬运的执行机构,能够完成不同工况下物料的铲、装、运作业,在较大型物料及设备的整体搬运方面发挥了重要作用。针对某些运输巷道高度空间较小的工况,通过结构设计和载荷计算,并对关键件进行了强度校核和结构优化,设计出一种低矮型重型铲板式搬运车上的曲柄式载荷提升机构。实验证明,该提升机构的设计,不仅大大降低了车辆工作时的空间高度,还降低了油缸等元部件的承载能力要求,满足了低高度铲板式搬运车的载荷提升作业需求,具有很好的实际应用价值。The load lifting mechanism,as the executive mechanism of the mining shovel truck for material handling,can complete the shovel,loading and transportation of materials under different working conditions,and plays an important role in the overall handling of larger materials and equipment.In view of the condition that height space of some haulage roadway was small,through structural design and load calculation,strength check and structural optimization of the key components,a crank type load lifting mechanism on the low-profile heavy shovel truck was designed.The experiment showed that the design of the lifting mechanism not only greatly reduced the height space of the vehicle,but also reduced the bearing capacity requirements of the components such as oil cylinder,which meeted the load lifting operation requirements of the low-profile shovel truck,and had good practical application value.
