摘 要:主要进行了X荧光对Th的预富集试验研究。对使用X荧光拣选机富集到的富钍矿石经过XRD、手持X-ray进行分析,确定了X荧光识别钍的准确性,并得到了钍元素一般赋存于稀土矿物中,如氟碳铈矿、独居石,并发现使用X荧光可以富集钍的独立矿物“铁钍石”。之后使用能量色散X射线荧光矿石分选机拣选,阈值为0.3时拣选出的含钍矿物的品位提高到2.34倍,钍的回收率达到18%,并确定了阈值与品位的对应关系,确定阈值为0.4时分选效果最好。这不仅直接降低了进入选冶流程中矿石的放射性,还为钍的提纯提供了预富集技术。The pre-enrichment of Thorium minerals from Bayan Obo ore with X-ray fluorescence technology was studied.The enriching effect of the X-ray sorter was analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and a portable X-ray fluorescence spectrometer.It is found that thorium generally occurs in rare earth minerals,such as bastnaesite and monazite.In addition,an independent mineral“iron thorium stone”was also found using the XRF sorter.The grade of enriched thorium minerals was raised to 2.34 times when threshold of the machine set at 0.3,and the recovery rate of thorium reached 18%.The corresponding relationship between the threshold value and the grade was established,and the enrichment effect was the best when the threshold value was 0.4.This technology directly reduces the radioactivity of the ore and provides a new separation method for thorium purification.
