摘 要:某铜冶炼炉灰中含有铅、镍、铜等金属元素,为了利用炉灰中的镍,需要降低炉灰中的铅含量,以便将炉灰返回冶炼系统回用。分别采用磁选、螺旋溜槽重选、水力旋流分选、高频细筛、水力旋流分选—细筛组合分离方式进行除铅。结果表明,几种除铅方式相比,旋流分选—细筛组合分离方式除铅效果最佳,可在原料含铅2.04%的条件下,得到富铅产物铅富集比2.67、铅回收率92.30%、镍回收率31.67%、低铅产物含铅0.24%的指标,低铅产物可以进冶炼系统回收。The copper smelting ash contains lead,nickel,copper and other metal elements.In order to use the nickel in the ash,it is necessary to reduce the lead content in the ash,so that the ash can be returned to the smelting system for reuse.Lead was removed by magnetic separation,gravity separation with spiral chute,hydrocyclone separation,high frequency fine screen and hydrocyclone-fine screen combination separation.The results show that among these separation methods,the hydrocyclone-fine screen combination separation method has the best lead removal effect.Under the condition of raw material containing 2.04%lead,the lead enrichment ratio of lead-rich product is 2.67,the lead recovery rate is 92.30%,the nickel recovery rate is 31.67%,and the lead content of low-lead product is 0.24%.The low-lead product can be recovered in the smelting system.
