摘 要:聚酰胺酯纤维是在聚酯大分子链中植入酰胺链节的一种全新共聚酯短纤维,其化学性质与聚酯纤维相似,在纤维定性鉴别上与聚酯纤维较难区别。分别采用显微镜法、燃烧法、红外光谱分析法、溶解法和差示扫描量热法等分析法对聚酰胺酯纤维进行定性鉴别分析。结果表明:将红外光谱分析法和差示扫描量热法结合起来,利用两种方法测试结果的差异可鉴别聚酰胺酯纤维和聚酯纤维。Polyamidoester fiber is a new copolyester staple fiber with amide links implanted in the polyester macromolecular chain.Its chemical properties are similar to polyester fiber,and it is difficult to distinguish it from polyester fiber in terms of fiber qualitative identification.The qualitative identification and analysis of polyamidoester fiber were carried out by the methods of microscopy,combustion,infrared spectroscopy,dissolution and differential scanning calorimetry.The results showed that by combining infrared spectroscopy and differential scanning calorimetry,polyamidoester fiber and polyester fiber could be identified by the difference between the test results of the two methods.
