供气流速对口罩死腔测试结果的影响

摘  要:采用3种不同类型的过滤随弃式口罩,分析了不同供气流速对口罩死腔测试结果的影响,并在不同实验室间进行了测试比对。结果表明:供气流速越大,口罩死腔的测试结果越大,且同一样品3次测试的结果差异越大,变异系数越大;供气流速越低,口罩死腔的测试结果趋于稳定,同时测试结果的差异和变异系数减小;降低供气流速,可有效提高口罩死腔测试结果的稳定性和准确性;在适当的供气流速下,获得的死腔测试结果是有效、准确的,可在口罩死腔实际测试中进行应用。Three different types of filter disposable masks were used to analyze the influence of different gas flow rates on the test results of mask dead space,and the test was compared between different laboratories.The results showed that the higher the gas flow rate,the greater the test results of the mask dead space,and the greater the difference of the results of the same sample for three times,the greater the coefficient of variation.The lower the gas flow rate,the more stable the test results of the mask dead space tend to be.At the same time,the difference of the test results and the coefficient of variation would decrease.The stability and accuracy of the test results for the mask dead space could be effectively improved by reducing the gas flow rate.At the appropriate gas flow rate,the obtained results were effective and accurate,and could be applied in the practical test of the mask dead space.
