摘 要:用高通量测序的方法研究了云南省蒙自市健康石榴根际土壤(MZ)、枯萎病石榴根际土壤(MZD)及间作桃树石榴枯萎病土壤(MZP)的根际细菌多样性,系统分析3种根际土壤样品的细菌多样性及群落组成差异。结果表明,MZD、MZ、MZP得到的OTUs数分别为1727、1662、1510,PCA分析结果表明,间作桃树的石榴枯萎病根际土壤的细菌群落组成与枯萎病石榴根际土壤样品的细菌群落组成差异较大,间作桃树能较大程度改变枯萎病石榴根际土壤细菌的群落组成。在属的分类水平上,间作桃树的石榴枯萎病土壤与枯萎病石榴根际土壤差异显著的细菌属有肠球菌属(Enterococcus)、纤维菌属(Cellulosimicrobium)、放线孢菌属(Actinomycetospora)、红游动菌属(Rhodoplanes)等16个。间作桃树改变了枯萎病石榴根际土壤细菌多样性及群落组成,进而改善土壤微生态平衡,对多年生石榴果园修复连作障碍有积极作用。High-throughput sequencing was used to study the rhizosphere soil bacteria diversity of healthy pomegranate rhizosphere soil(MZ),wilt disease pomegranate rhizosphere soil(MZD)and wilt disease pomegranate soil intercropping peach trees(MZP)in Mengzi county of Yunnan province,and the bacteria diversity differences of three kinds rhizosphere soil were analyzed to explore the effect of intercropping peach trees on soil bacterial diversity of pomegranate wilt.The results showed that the OTUs numbers obtained from MZD、MZ、MZP were 1727,1662,1510,respectively,PCA analysis?showed that the bacterial community composition of rhizosphere soil MZP was significantly different from that of rhizosphere soil samples MZD.Intercropping peach trees can significantly change the bacteria composition of wilt disease pomegranate rhizosphere soil.At genus level,16 bacteria genus such as Enterococcus,Cellulosimicrobium,Actinomycetospora,Rhodoplanesa et al were significant difference between pomegranate wilt disease soil intercropping peach trees and pomegranate wilt disease soil rhizosphere.Intercropping peach trees can change the rhizosphere bacterial diversity and community composition of wilt pomegranate,thus improving the soil microecological balance,it had positive effect on perennial pomegranate orchard to repair continuous cropping obstacle.
