基于“工匠精神”的普通高等教育双创人才培养的启示

摘　　要：通过分析“工匠精神”和双创教育的内涵及关系,将“工匠精神”与普通高校人才培养双创教育有机结合,来营造“工匠精神”的育人环境,打造高水平“工匠精神”的双创师资队伍和开发“工匠精神”的双创课程,完善专业学科体系,提高人才培养规格,培养社会满意度高的具有现代“工匠精神”的应用型高水平技能人才。By analyzing the connotation of and relationship between craftsmanship and education of innovative and entrepreneurial talents,this paper combines craftsmanship with education of innovative and entrepreneurial talents for talent training in regular institutions of higher learning,aiming to create a craftsmanship-based educational environment,train high-level craftsmanship-based teachers for education of innovative and entrepreneurial talents,develop craftsmanship-based courses to train innovative and entrepreneurial talents,consummate the discipline system of majors,improve the talent training standards,and train high-level skilled practical talents with modern craftsmanship and high social satisfaction.
