摘 要:精准可靠的煤质在线检测是稳定商品煤质量、提高精煤产率、实现煤炭分选智能控制的关键一环。为实现重介精煤灰分的在线检测,设计了一套基于瞬发伽马中子活化分析(PGNAA)技术的煤质在线检测系统。测试结果表明:将该系统用于重介块精煤灰分测量的动态标准差可达到0.105%;与人工控制系统相比,基于PGNAA技术的重介分选智能控制系统将重介精煤灰分的动态标准差降低了0.18个百分点,精煤产率提升了0.95个百分点。Accurate and reliable online monitoring of coal quality is a crucial link in maintaining consistency of saleable coal product,increase of yield of clean coal and effecting intelligent control of coal washing process.In order to realize online monitoring of ash of products of heavy medium separation system,an online ash monitoring system based on the principle of prompt gamma neutron activation analysis(PGNAA)is developed.As evidenced by the test result,for monitoring the ash of the product of coarse coal heavy medium washing system,the dynamic standard deviation of the system is as low as 0.105%which is 0.18 percentage point lower than the figure obtained through manual control method.In addition,the yield of clean coal is seen to rise by 0.95 percentage point.
