摘　　要：石油化工项目实施过程中,工程投资的编制与报审、指标定额的修编、典型工程的收集整理、投资参考指标的编制等手段比较单一,普遍存在速度慢、时间长、不规范等问题,迫切需要在信息化手段上进行提高和完善.中国石油集团建立了投资项目一体化管理系统工程造价模块,通过该信息化项目的实施,规范了石油项目WBS结构,实现了投资项目估概算的协同编审、计价依据集中管理的数字化与信息化,有力地提升了石油项目工程造价管控的信息化应用水平.In the process of petrochemical project implementation,the methods such as compilation and examination of project investment,the revision and compilation of index quota,the collection and arrangement of typical projects,and the compilation of investment reference index are relatively single.There are such problems as slow speed,long time,nonstandard,etc.,and it is urgent to improve and perfect the information methods.CNPC has set up the project cost module of the investment project integrated management system,standardized the structure of the oil project WBS through the implementation of the information project,realized the digitalization and informatization of coordination review of the estimated budget and concentrated management of the basis valuation,and improved the information application level of project cost management and control.
