从“以苏为师”到“以苏为鉴”:百年中国共产党新闻理论的历史考察

摘　　要：中国共产党自诞生之日起,就高度重视新闻工作,在马克思列宁主义新闻思想指导下,不断发展新闻事业并逐渐形成了中国共产党的新闻理论体系。从中共早期运用马克思列宁主义指导新闻工作,到新中国成立之初全面学习苏联新闻工作经验,再到积极推进中国新闻改革,中共新闻理论与苏联新闻工作经验之间既关系密切又悄然发生着变化。在中国共产党新闻理论的发展进程中,学习苏联新闻工作经验有其必要性和重要性,但在学习苏联的过程中也一定要与中国各个时期的党情、国情、社情相结合,不能照搬照抄。在推动马克思主义新闻观创新发展和构建中国特色新闻学之际,有必要对百年中国共产党新闻理论变迁中的苏联因素进行全面考察。Scince its birth,the Communist Party of China has attached great importance to journalism.Under the guidance of Marxist-Leninist journalism ideology,it has continuously developed journalism and gradually formed the CPC's journalistic theory system.From the early use of Marxism-Leninism to guide journalism by the CPC,to the comprehensive study of Soviet journalism experience at the beginning of the founding of the People Republic of China,to the active advancement of China's journalism reform,the relationship between CPC journalism theory and Soviet journalism experience is both closely related and quiet.Changes are taking place.In the process of the development of the CPC's journalism theory,it is necessary and important to learn from the experience of Soviet journalism,but the process of learning from the Soviet Union must also be integrated with the party,national,and social conditions of China in various periods and can not be copied.While promoting the innovative development of Marxist journalism and constructing journalism with Chinese characteristics,it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive investigation of the Soviet factors in the changes in the CPC's journalistic theory over the past 100 years.
