摘 要:弹簧行业的快速发展对弹簧成形模具的研发提出了更高的要求,针对弹簧成形模具研究基础薄弱且鲜有学者对其进行研究的现状,以弹簧成形模具为研究对象,对其现状及发展方向进行研究。分析弹簧成形过程,指出其成形需多个模具配合完成,同时对成形模具的种类、结构及材料进行归纳;研究弹簧成形模具在使用过程中面临的问题,进而提出其今后的发展方向。研究结果表明:不同弹簧成形难以匹配合适的成形模具组合,且在其成形过程中模具易发生失效损伤,模具的设计理论不完善导致其结构存在不合理性;由此指出弹簧成形模具的发展方向为加强标准化建设及材料的研发,同时需对模具结构进行优化,从而完善弹簧成形模具设计理论体系。The development of spring industry puts forward higher requirements for the research and development of spring forming dies.In view of the current situation that the research foundation of the spring forming die is weak and few scholars have studied it,the spring forming die is taken as the research object in this paper,and its current situation and development direction are studied.The forming process of springs is analyzed,the forming which needs multiple dies to complete is pointed out,and the types,structures and materials of forming dies are summarized,Also,the problems in spring forming die usage are studied,and its development direction in the future is put forward.The research results show that it is difficult to match the appropriate die combination for different spring forming,and the die is prone to failure and damage during the forming process.The structure of the die is unreasonable due to the imperfect design theory.Therefore,it is pointed out that the development direction of the spring forming die is to strengthen the standardization construction and material research and development.At the same time,the die structure should be optimized to improve the theoretical system of spring forming die design.
