摘  要:为研究多工步铣削加工过程工件初始表面几何状态对后续工步铣削力及表面形貌的影响,采用表面算术平均高度和表面最大高度对表面形貌进行定量表征,建立了考虑工件初始表面几何状态的切削层模型。设计并利用两工步铣削试验对切削层模型进行验证。试验表明,工件初始表面几何状态与第二工步铣削的铣削力和表面粗糙度参数呈正相关关系,切削层模型能为多工步铣削过程研究提供理论基础。In order to study the influence of the initial surface geometric states of the workpiece in the multi-step milling process on the milling force and surface topography of subsequent steps,the arithmetic mean height and maximum height of the surface are used to quantitatively characterize the surface topography,and a cutting layer model considering the initial surface geometric states of the workpiece is established.A two-step milling experiment is designed and carried out to verify the cutting layer model.Experimental verification shows that the initial surface geometric states of the workpiece are positively correlated with the milling force and surface roughness parameters of the second-step of milling.The cutting layer model can provide a theoretical basis for the study of the multi-step milling process.
