摘 要:选择三款不同槽型及涂层结构的可转位硬质合金涂层刀片对碳钢C45进行钻削实验,通过对实验的切削力、切屑变形及刀具磨损测试分析,研究浅孔钻硬质合金刀片槽型及涂层对切削性能的影响。结果表明:T1刀片具有更好的综合切削性能,W1、W2刀片前刀面更易发生粘结磨损;W1、W2刀片槽型反屑角θ较大,具有更好的排屑效果;从后三种刀片的刀面磨损情况来看,AlCrN+TiSiN复合结构涂层具有最长的钻削寿命,TiAlN涂层钻削寿命最短。Three different groove types and coating structures of indexable carbide coated inserts are selected for drilling experiments on carbon steel C45,and the effects of slot type and coating on the cutting performance of shallow hole drilling carbide inserts are investigated through the analysis of experimental cutting forces,chip deformation and tool wear tests.The results show that,T1 inserts have better overall cutting performance,W1 and W2 inserts are more prone to bonded wear on the front tool face;a larger counter chip angleθin this experiment has a better chip evacuation effect.On the other hand,the AlCrN+TiSiN composite structured coating has the longest drilling life in terms of wear on the flank face,the TiAlN coating has the shortest drilling life.
