摘 要:用能行为对建筑环境及能耗有重要影响,由于人的行为具有随机性和复杂性,用能行为在建筑模拟中往往被过度简化,基于主体建模为建筑用能行为模拟提供了有效的方法。探讨了用能行为和基于主体建模的内容,归纳了主体建模应用于建筑模拟的研究现状,介绍了将用能行为模型与建筑模拟耦合的几种方法,指出了建筑模拟领域的重点与难点,为建筑模拟和建筑运行管理研究拓宽思路。Energy use behavior has an important impact on the building environment and energy consumption.Due to the randomness and complexity of human behavior,it is often oversimplified in building simulation,and agent-based modeling has provided an effective method to simulate the energy use behavior of buildings.The content of energy consumption behavior and agent-based modeling was discussed,the research status of agent-based modeling applied to building simulation was summarized,and several methods of coupling energy consumption behavior model with building simulation was introduced.The key and difficulties in the field of building simulation were pointed out,which broaden ideas for building simulation and building operation management research.
