摘 要:典型低温连接器(简称“连接器”)主要用于向火箭加注与泄回液氢、液氧等超低温推进剂,采用手动或半自动对接、自动脱落。由于连接器通过高压气体驱动脱落,脱落过程会对箭体产生冲击载荷,如果冲击载荷过大,会造成箭上结构损伤或变形,导致发射推迟或任务失败。采用AMESim与ADAMS对连接器在常温及结冰两种状态下的自动脱落过程进行联合仿真分析,获得了连接器自动脱落时的对箭冲击载荷,并开展对箭冲击载荷试验研究,为连接器安全可靠使用提供数据支持。The typical cryogenic connector(hereinafter referred to as the connector)is mainly used to refuel or release the rocket with ultra-low temperature propellants such as liquid hydrogen and liquid oxygen.It adopts manual or semi-automatic docking and automatic fall off.The connector is driven by high pressure gas to fall off automatically,which produces impact load on the rocket.If it is too large,the rocket structure will be damaged or deformed,the launch would be delayed or failed mission.AMESim and ADAMS are used to simulate and analyze the automatic fall-off process of connector under normal temperature and icing state.The impact load on the rocket during the connector falls off automatically is obtained.Experimental research of the impact load on the rochet are carrid out.The above research provides data support for the safe and reliable use of the connector.
